We've had this rocker for my first child, and then moved house, had another baby after 3 and a half years. How do i take the poles out to wash the botton and the hood parts

Hi, I don't think it's designed to easily do this. Best thing to do is wipe clean. The fabric is designed so not to absorb dirt, so can be wiped clean and left to dry. Having had a look I think it's possible to remove the fabric but you'd have to remove the plastic tray from the fabric, and remove the poles the reverse way to in the video. It's a lot of effort and you must be careful not to break any parts while you do it. Sorry if that's not a great help but I've only ever wiped mine clean with a wet cloth and left to dry.
