I think the normal printing paper would be too weak and tear easily, so I would suggest using a thicker printing paper

as well as how you keep the paper looking so clean, i score the folds with an xacto so they’re easier to fold but it just has a really messy appearance for me

Heya! I use 200gsm printing paper, I don't really do any scoring, I just fold over ruler to make the bends. But I do sometimes coat the whole printout with mod podge to prevent cracking along the fold lines =)
