What an amazing home!! Just for me I don’t need 5 bedrooms. I would turn the downstairs bedroom into a movie/entertainment room and get rid of the attached bathroom to allow room for dirty kitchen. Also I don’t need each room to have its own bathroom. Instead I would provide more storage such as linen closet or extra wardrobe space. This house is 95% perfect for me. Just a few tweaks. Also I would add a pool.. You should move the stairs to a different spot so you can open up the kitchen more and allow for butler’s pantry! I’m not sure why you would close in the kitchen with glass doors????

I loved this design, I'm hoping to redesign my plan; whenever I get the chance. I could use the interior design on the lower floor all open concept 24+36 Living Dining Kitchen 14+16 extended at the rear, using that same glass wall with an entry door just a bit darker tint separating the Kitchen from the Garage 14+14. I am thinking of a swimming pool above the Garage. This design is on point love it

Hello sir, I liked the plan. I want a plan for 15/30 m i.e.50'×100' g+2 east facing My property is east and west facing so west facing ground floor part should be commercial and east facing with servant quarter, office and car parking with a open to sky lawn. From 2nd floor onwards residential with 4 bedrooms,pooja room,store room,home theater and all the Indian family requirements.

Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living rooms which one is bigger and better?
