I love this tiny home. There is so much storage in it, including a regular closet! Nyota has a dishwasher too. And she has a downstairs bedroom. It is an amazing design. Thank you Nyota, for sharing your beautiful tiny home with us. I love it!!!

I love everything about Nyota's house. The green (one of my favorite colors) on the outside, the white all around the home making it look bigger, huge bathroom, downstairs bedroom, lots of closet space, & still have room for a loft & living room. Great new digs, Nyota! I also lived most of my life in a big city so never got around to getting a driver's license, but I told myself I had to get it the year I turned 40 - and did, on December 31! I think you're going to love the independence of driving - there's nothing like it - and you'll experience a freedom that people who've had their licenses since they were 16 may not fully appreciate. With such a big move, your own unconventional home, and the freedom of wheels, this is truly a new chapter of life - enjoy writing your own great adventure!

I like your tiny home layout. Super cute! I am just curious: why is the lot rent so expensive, excluding your utilities? It's a hefty amount on top of your mortgage cost. Shop for land in Florida and park your home on your land.

Another choo choo tiny house. Door on the end and loft in the middle. Like a caboose. Although it is nice as it is. With a main floor bedroom. If it could be redone with the hallway on the side. Instead of the tunnel vision way. Put the kitchen on the end or the entry to the side. Their could be better use of the area. Like an L-shaped kitchen or a corner sectional in the living room. Her stairs to the loft are laid out nicely. I'd like to see more tiny houses with a spiral stairs option.With the hallway to the side, I'd put the closet in the bedroom on the bathroom wall. I think there'd be more room to walk around the bed. I've also seen that tiny houses this length. With main floor bedrooms. Have smaller rooms all in all. I think at least a 30 foot tiny house is needed for this floor plan.Still if she's happy. That's all that matters. I grew up in a mobile home with the washer in the bathroom. Looking forward to new and interesting tiny house designs. Keep 'em coming.
