Tia has been searching for homes in north Texas she can afford, in an area that she likes, with more yard than house. Nothing seemed to fit the bill so decided to commission a tiny house on wheels. Indigo River Tiny Homes built her beautiful customized home that she adores. Tia chose this layout to give her room to grow as her needs evolve. She hopes to buy affordable land one day. 😮 we are trying to help a lot of people to live in a tiny space. Really like your home really would like to see if I could find out a couple things what do you put under your bed and what do you do to access it and where does the heating elements and gas and all that go venting and gas to heat your water and I see you have one of those split things can you enclose those on the outside in case you don't like what they look like and do they make is there a part of it that goes on the outside of your house can you can close that also? Does your tub have Jets indoor massagers Jets massagers bubbles any of that and also any restrictions on watering showering dishes those sort of things that you run into and you end up with anything that you hate about it all? Of all the tiny home builders out there, Indigo River seems to understand better what it takes to make a tiny home livable long term. This home with two stand up bedrooms and the great closet storage checks those boxes. I love this home.

I'm with you on both counts. I notice that there aren't any vids of *any* tiny homes where you actually see someone crawling up there on their knees - or scooting across on their butt. I suspect that if we saw that, it would really drive home just how bizarre it would be. OK as a place to hang-out or have a back-up bedroom, but as a doctor, I'm always anticipating something going wrong, lol - someone breaking their ankle (or worse!) and having that part of the home suddenly inaccessible! On a positive note? I agree - I love this home. Not much storage space for food, and the living room is diminutive (to say the least), but you can't have everything!

This tiny house truly lives large. I like it- she didn’t have to hunch over or climb ladders when she went up to the bedrooms. The bathroom was a full size room. I saved this one for the future. Excellent job!!

Folks have been contacting us for the floor plan. This is our signature Bunkhouse design with the 2 up/down bedrooms nestled together like L’s in Tetris. Then the 3rd bedroom can be a stand-up loft or a gooseneck room. Or you can do both for a 4 bedroom Bunkhouse! One customer used the gooseneck option to make a “master suite” in her IRTH Bunkhouse. Our channel is love production value but we give a tour of each home before it’s delivered so you can see her iteration of the Bunkhouse a few houses back. Lol spell check - that was supposed to be LOW production value but LOVE is more accurate. ❤️ Thanks for the kind comments everyone! Heaps of love right back atcha! ❤

This is one of the best designs I have ever seen. I am addicted to the tiny house shows and I also love spending weeks in my fifth wheel camper. I constantly say that I could live in it and it is only 390 square feet, has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths and tons of storage. ANother thing I love about this design is a wardrobe in all the bedrooms addressing the need to store clothes, a tub/shower combination for washing a pet or grandbabies, full size kitchen, office alternative, and MOSTLY, that you can stand in all the bedrooms, amazing design, love it!

It should be 6’3”-6’4” We have had folks up to 6’4” say they can stand up straight on the high side of our stand-up lofts.

This is the tiny home I would like. Because if you don’t need an office, the downstairs bedroom could be your living/pullout bed. You can have the pop up table still plus a cute little dining table and area.

This is one of the best and most functional tiny house designs I have ever seen. Love that it has standup height lofts and a downstairs room that can be turned into a bedroom if the owner needs it if climbing stairs gets too difficult at some point. I absolutely love Indigo River and this house is a great example of why they would be my choice of a house builder - if only they were in Australia! :-) Tia's home is just beautiful and I don't think it seems cramped at all. I would love it to be 10 feet wide but otherwise it's perfect and the colours are too.

We do love a 10 ft wide! Maybe they could partner with an Australian builder to build their designs like their recent partnership with New Zealand builder, Shaye’s Tiny Homes to build her designs 🤔😊
