I love Everything about this tiny, including the color selection. Susan made some fantastic decisions. She has plenty of storage throughout her home. This is my first time seeing a utility sink in a tiny, which can be used for multiple things. That staircase, shower, tile, and fireplace are my favorites. The porch is nice as well. Tfs.

This tiny house is absolutely beautiful. It is functional, and it makes sense for a person in his or her late 50s and above. Even the loft, a senior with no mobility problems, can enjoy. She has decorated her home, making it very warm and comfortable.👍

This is the most livable tiny home Ive seen. I was shocked at how spacious the loft was. A lot of lofts have a ton of floor space but the ceiling is like 2 feet from the floor. Which tbh makes it extremely *un* livable for me, personally. This loft is a full on extra room.

As an interior designer who must focus on detail, I'm enthralled with the necessity and challenge to make the most of every square inch in a tiny home. This inspires thoughtfulness, creativity, inventiveness and just thinking outside the box that is rarely seen to this degree in a traditional home. Add to that the desire for inspiring aesthetics in the finished package and the result is a living piece of art. The time, thought, planning, attention to measurements and detail as well as quality, function and beauty carried out by Susan and her builders are quite apparent. Susan has a lovely home to live out the rest of her life!

I love this house, it's fantastic in its layout and amenities. If I changed anything it would be to add a dishwasher in place of the cabinet on the L of the breakfast bar counter, and a built in couch with storage around the wheel well to reclaim a little floor space.

I agree about the dishwasher. Also, I would really get a kink in the neck having to look up that high at the TV. I want room for my piano somewhere, along with my stereo system and vinyl record collection. So, there would need to be some changes made.

I’m getting more and more excited. This past summer I had to move from big house I was renting but it became severely damage. For now I live in a 5th wheel trailer. It’s really growing on me I am actually content. I’ve stored nothing but my mom’s art. My goal is to be here for a year the end of the school year here where I work at the school district. So on Christmas break I’ll apply for school jobs in Washington where my kids live. I think will be dead set on another 5th wheel.

I love watching the layouts of these tiny homes but there is one HUGE thing I would change about this and ALL YT channels. NO Ads withing the video. I pay extra each month to NOT have to deal with ads and it's the reason I no longer watch tv (haven't for about 7 years now). I'm slowly unsubscribing from all channels that have ads in the videos. I realize they make money off them but I have no interest in infomercials!!
