Beautiful deck! I've used the shou sugi ban method several times myself, and I'm always happy with the look and durability of it. Great job!

Decks are must to keep the majority of the sand out of your camper. And they give you a nice place to gather as a family. Good job.

Awesome, thanks for giving me a heads earlier up on the wood treatment from my other comment. Hopefully the wood preservation last a 100 years 👍 your great-great-great grand kids will be praising the wonders that you have created for them. 🤓💕🐶💖👵

Let's get this water pump issue sorted. If you are still hitting road bumps with it then have a Q&A chat and lets collectively figure it out.

The word is that the burning is supposed to change the softwood, like pine, into a hardwood essentially. That the theory anyway. And even with the expensive"charoil", they claim that that also needs to be reapplied every two years also just like the boiled linseed. Looks great!
@TinyShinyHome
@TinyShinyHome 4 жыл бұрын
Yeah. We hope it holds up! We’ll be reapplying as needed. Thanks for the heads up!

I have a 1971 sovereign just like yours and was wondering what you used for stabilizer jacks? Mine no longer work and I’m trying to find something that will
@TinyShinyHome
@TinyShinyHome 4 жыл бұрын
Our stabilizers are in great shape so we just use those and wheel chocks! When we were renovating we did use a a few pairs of jack stands. Just need to be careful where you place a jack if you use one. :)
