I've used A LOT of elastomeric paint. Make absolutely sure that the underlayment is absolutely dry or the paint will blister. That paint doesn't breath. If it's stays dry it last a long time.

We gave it plenty of time especially in our climate. Also, elastomeric does breathe even though it's waterproof - though too many coats will cause it not to.

@@TinyShinyHome yes. We were in Las Cruces NM and a lot of houses would peal badly just like a sun burn. The contractor was in a hurry and didn't let the underlayment dry out. Your little house is looking great.

Stucco could be a better choice than the first coating you used. There are many types of stucco and they are not created equal. Hopefully the one you used will perform as expected,.

Liquide rubber paint for planters is ideal instead of plastic for the planters. It's becoming a little piece of paradise 😎👍👍.
