I have followed your instructions but I get an error message saying that Word cannot open the excel document. Do you know how to override this or maybe what is going on?

Hey Margo! Hmmm...that's strange. It almost sounds like your "images" are actually embedded Excel files? When you click on them (within the Word doc), do you get the "Picture Format" tab on the ribbon, and the "Compress Pictures" button?

How do I create a Word to Text Dictionary? For instance I dictate a Doctor's name: Dr. Sklar which Word does not recognize. How do I add that to a dictionary so when I dictate that name it will recgonize it and transcribe it correctly. The same is true for example for a technical term which Word does not recognize, such as "osteomalacia'" Then finally if I no longer want these words in my dictionary how do I remove them?

Hi Samuel! 👋 Apologies...I'm super behind on comments! In Word, you have a default dictionary that you can add words to. When a word isn't recognized, you can just right-click on it and add it to the dictionary so that it's recognized in the future. I just tried inserting a document inside of a document to see if there were options for compressing it, but I don't see any. Also did a quick Google search, but don't come up with anything other than external software. Let me know if you figured anything out?

@@TinyTechnicalTutorials Hi TinyTT, thank you for your answer. There is no such file compressor within MsOffice. I found only one reasonable solution. I sent files to external source and then I linked icons.

Hi Obor! Are you sure you've clicked on the picture? When you do that, the "Picture Format" tab should appear on the ribbon.
