If you go to Sarawak, they have their own requirements. Immigration is under the jurisdiction of Sarawak government if foreigners enter that state

How can we trust MM2H..? I think SEZ is not as independent as Sarawak and Sabah, thus following Federal MM2H! Do you have any official link for SEZ?

I am 75 and single and am considering the Sarawak MM2H programme. I will have no trouble meeting all the financial requirements. However, partly because of my age and considerations of financial legacy to my heirs, I do not want to buy a property and prefer to rent. Will this be acceptable?

Property purchase in Sarawak is compulsory for those below 50 years old. Exception for Sarawak participants (30-49 years old), if participants children continue study in Sarawak or participants undergoing long term medical treatment in Sarawak.

I think sabah mm2h is on hold. Re-registration process. Sarawak mm2h is still running.

I guess Sabah and Sarawak are currently waiting for their MM2H agents to finalize their re-registration process as required by federal directives. Tiong said that after registering with the ministry, MM2H agents will be listed on the official MM2H website, making it easier for potential applicants to verify them.
