Another thing that can be done is do the post endo restoration in the same appointment.I used to earlier give temporary cement but now no matter what do the post endo restoration on the same day..

A big thums up for simple but very very effective tip to avoid embarrassing moments in front of patient with that eerie whooshing noise hand piece emanates with cotton getting stuck n fidgeting awkwardness of treating dentist to remove that stuck cotton besides to calm n explain to the uneasy startled patient.
