It is so surprising and enlighten at the same time to me, to hear an island woman from Jamaica talk about this, the first time I heard of this, i was dating an African woman from Senegal, and they do this at the end of their monthly cycle,they mainly used moringa,ginger ,salt and red bellpepper ,she cut them all up,and boil them,pure it into pail steaming hot sit on the pail,cover her self with big thick towel in such a way that none of the steam escape,and would sit on that pail until all steam were gone. And honestly think that this is something that all women should do,

Interesting combination…I will definitely look into Senegalese practice. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏿

I think all women should start doing this as well, especially after their monthly cycle and sex. I learned about this about 3 years ago, and it's very beneficial. You can use whatever herbs, spices, vegetables, and fruits you want, depending on what works for you, or what benefits your trying to gain from it. I'm glad more women are finding out the ways of our ancestors, and are practicing it. 🙏🏾🤞🏾💙🤞🏾🥘

It's very very beneficial especially after your monthly cycle, and after sex. I've been doing it for about three years. Women should pick the herbs, spices, vegetables, or fruits that work best for them. I'm glad that more women are learning the ways of our ancestors, and are practicing it.

This is great, more women and young ladies should pick up this practice. It is great to know the real truth about our reproductive systems and not fall victim to the chemicals that cause us ovarian cancers and fibroids. 👏🏽 I healed my womb after childbirth and didn't intend to go for a follow up. I knew in my soul what I felt was real. I've been healthy ever since and I've practiced for almost 6 years. I love mugwort and motherwort those are great in a steam.

@darkfeminineconsciousness Жыл бұрын
I’m flattered actually. Jah9 is quite beautiful and even if flawed, I believe that with the knowledge she has, she must be doing her self work. Which I cannot say for MOST. She created music that spiritually inspired MANY young women. She’s now living on the content and breed fi one African man. What more could you ask of her?

It would be good to know how often one should steam and the amount of each herb per session. ? Mixed reviews when you research health benefits. Would love to hear if other wombmen found it beneficial.
@darkfeminineconsciousness Жыл бұрын
Many women do…I will try to get more reviews. I recommend you do it after or just before your cycle. Mostly as you need it….Listen to and feel your body.
