MONKE I was thinking of an idea you could use with an expansion: Monkeys! You could make their arms hold leaves and berries. Maybe have an arm up and down both either way. Tippi Tree reminded me of a similar game with tipping a tree with monkeys but that game didn't have you build the tree with leaves. I also like the low-poly/blocky style to your game. Monke.

Ok, why do comments not show up sometimes? Edit: found out i used the singular word for dice and YT seems to remove it without knowing the context Edit #2: Was suggesting a "d i e" with a couple of green, brown, yellow, black and pink, sides, to select a piece. It could also be a fancy polyhedron in full tipi tree style.

using a spinner might be a fun way to spice things up. you could use a generic spinner with a hollow bottom and print a sheet for each type of game you want. something like spinning the wheel every turn and you have a chance to have to place a berry or a bird instead of a leaf.

In my opinion, if you still are planning to make the Tippi Tree into a manufactured item, you could have the Tippi Tree and its variations as the starters packs, maybe even have them ranked in difficulty, and the berries, seeds, and birds as smaller extension packs. This way, the rules would be as simple as intended, but if anyone wanted to expand on it, they could introduce the new elements which would both add to the rules and the difficulty. I must say I'm extremely happy about your successful design and your ingenuity as a whole. Love your channel, and as always, stay inspired
