This came out or more I spotted it in the middle of the night awake again due to pain, When I get flares I get so frustrated especially in winter since wheelchairs and snow/ice don't go, but this time it's being Shielded again so my normal level of being stuck in has gone up. I feel trapped, and this "the vulnerable" label sucks, I had no fight last night the duvet with hurting my skin and I wanted to scream nooooo I'm just done. You helped me calm, I don't feel the happy and joy will occur but I felt calmer and for that I greatly thank you. Xx
