How long does it take to get the entitlement letter after you get the decision from them ?

Call them and they will send it to you via email or letter.

My wife has accidentally gone over the earnings allowance by £1 per week, however she took some time off unpaid before the end of the finacial year, which her yearly pay ended up averaging less than the earning allowance, however they have sent a demand now for nearly £4000 for failing to notify of going over each week by £1....
