Great tips, I have an issue with shortlisted players. I click to shortlist after scouting them but my shortlist is always completely empty ???? Any help please??

Check it’s not adding them to an alternative shortlist to your default. You can have multiple shortlists

In terms of developing talent the best thing is game time (at a challenging level relative to their ability). Personally I don’t touch training unless there’s something specific I want some focus in.
