Tips and tricks to make sowing grass a success

Hi there,
It's May and time for us to sow some grass.
The best time to sow is Fall followed by Spring.
In the Spring I wait until the weather reaches 20 degrees Celcius. The rain during Fall and Spring help keep the soil moist and the sun is not as hot as in the Summer, not drying it out so quickly.
