Fortunately, today we can make transfers of images in a more simple and cheaper way; with more stable colors and larger sizes-A3 and A4- You can see an example in these videos on KZbin: "Jellyfishphoto image trasnfer" or "Jellyfishphoto emulsion lift off" I´sure you will enjoy it

Do you have any tips for “setting” the image after the transfer? Some transfers I’ve done have fallen off the paper once dried.

Emilee Wood sorry I couldn’t tell you, I only can guess water paper can give you better result.

Watercolour paper has a coating of gelatin which binds the emulsion to the paper.

Weird how there's so many ways of doing this. Most people seem to use boiling water, this seems to do fine though. Also one person said the image SHOULD be dry. That's why he uses the color film because black and white takes longer to dry.

Sidney Lange The duochrome films like Thirdman or Black&red The colour is in the developing paste so it washes away if you do a lift.
