Your afterthought note (the red bruce lee scrolling note) causes current motion set to cause a compile error

From mesh get anim instance and hook that to get current motion set,It's an interface message.

If I change (SwitchOnEALSMantleType), (LowMantle) to anything other than (Mantle 1m default). Like (Mantle 1m LH) it slides along the surface after it mantles.

Add the early blend out notify state just like in the default one.
