Tips for Buying Reptiles at an Expo or a Show

Great video! Thank you for the information. I just purchased my first snake at a show a couple weeks ago. So glad I waited and prepared ahead of time to buy one there. The breeder was wonderful at answering all my questions and showing me how to properly handle him.

Great info. You forgot the most important tip, though: leave your credit cards at home 🤣. I always take cash so I don’t overspend. It’s very easy to do when surrounded by so much reptile awesomeness.

I have gone into shows with no cards and no money for that exact reason. As a seller I'm not sure I want to say, "Don't bring your cards" since I obviously want people to buy stuff. :-P But it is a valuable tip. This last show we did someone left, went blueberry picking, and then came back and bought a ball python from us.
