This interview was really cool, I enjoyed the candid confession of discomfort when borrowing the huge sum of money. Completely understand the sentiment. Personally, it looks impossible to own a house in Melbourne North suburbs.

I found James speaks very clear English just like you, Pete. You two are not like most of the Australians speak English no one could understood. Fast and unclear, sometimes I couldn’t even believe they are speaking English, because I couldn’t follow a single word.

I actually just went through the whole process of buying a property in Australia and getting a loan that kinda stuff. My friend recommended me a broker and a solicitor. It’s so important to work with someone you can trust. I’ve lived in my own apartment for just over a month now.

I think it makes sense to live in australia and rent a house.
