✨Additional tip: It's always a good idea to keep a notarized copy of your passport/passport translation, migration card, and registration with you at all times, or at least the pdf version. You never know when you might need them, and it's better to be safe than sorry. Even though they may not ask for the originals, it's always a good idea to have them with you just in case!

The queues in Russia are the worst. And I don't understand why. I went through a lot of bureaucratic processes in Turkey as a foreigner and even though the lines were very long everywhere I never waited more than 30 minutes. Public workers, in Russia they are sooo lazy! Btw hit me up if you wanna know how to use Binance to transfer money! It's Igor 🙂

Hiiii Igor! I 💯 agree about the queue 😤 Every time standing in queue especially for that mandatory medical check up I wondered why couldn't they have something like online queue or some kind of time slot registration, maybe online too. It would make life so much easier for everyone!

Hey! For a master's degree at HSE Saint Petresburg there are around 3 classes per week I would say. 1 class is 3 hours including 10-15 minutes of break. And usually for master's classes start at 6 pm and finish at 9pm

If you're interested in pursuing a career in STEM fields, or want to learn more about Russian culture and history, or you want a new experience in a new country (that it's not so expensive), then studying in Russia could be a great option. But ultimately, the decision is up to you and what you want to get out of your education :)

However, there may still be opportunities available for English-speaking students in fields like tutoring, freelance writing, or online work that can be done remotely. I'm doing freelance content writing myself😄 Some students I know work as teaching or research assistants for their professors But it's also worth checking with your university to see if they offer any job placement services or internships that may be suitable for foreigners who don't speak Russian.
