First year in Mapua here! Already in our 5th week and I'm already dying. Tip: don't procrastinate, please. It's only 5 weeks and we already did a lot of model work, making structures with cotton buds, making forms and shapes then more models! Along with those are essays from both NSTP and Understanding the Self and tests, a lot of tests. I'm not one who procrastinate but I can see from my classmates that they are having trouble because they put it off so much. Even if I don't procrastinate, I'm also struggling. Also: MAKE SURE TO LISTEN TO DETAILS IN MEETINGS. It's a hassle to keep having to answer questions about something that has already been answered. Yes it's alright to ask some questions but it's not good to be dependent on them all the time. If you are confused about a topic, then they are too. Deadlines are tough, but you can do it and adjust! I'm slowly getting the hang of it and I am regularly streaming again 😊

I'm a BIT Drafting student and an incoming 2nd year student, irregular na ako sa next School year, nabagsak ko major subject ko at minor subject😔 Bale sa 2nd sem next sy, need ko sila balikan. Thank you for these very helful tips! Sadly di ako pinayagan sa mapua(ayaw ako palayuin sa city namin) hoping na maganda turo dito huhu. Also as an introvert grabe kailangan ko talaga iimprove communication skills and interacting with others (for connection choz). And since lagi ako poprocrastinate for sure isa na rin yon sa kailangan ko baguhin. Super kabado kasi as in wala akong alam sa lahat😭💔🙃❌💥🤝🚶‍♀️

i took tvl drafting as my shs track. but still, naculture shock talaga ako sa mapúa. paano pa kaya kung hindi iyon yung nitake ko huhu. very challenging ang college - narealize kong hindi pa pala ako ganoon kagaling. 2nd year mapua arki here Tip ko sainyo is mag Download kayo ng screen recording software(obs and etc). Since everything is online, as much as possible irecord nyo lessons para mabalikbalikan nyo for your studying purposes and na miss out na instructions na binigay ng prof. Especially for History of arch subs, kasi may mga profs na hindi naguupload ng zoom recordings, so much better mag record ka nalang. (trust me makaktulong to na tip HAHAHAH) Take note: Better keep it to yourself, just playing safe lang naman baka magalit prof pag nalaman na nag rerecord ka HAHAHA (IF EVER) anyways GL
