I always run a gas lens. And go higher amps than i need with foot pedal variance to control my heat.

What was your stick out length ? Can you show some gas lens profile shots of you running at .01 to .02 arch length ? What was your CFH ? Pre-flow ? Post-flow ? What is the best grind for this weld metal thickness ?

hello am in Australia.. Have a job that has a lot of steel flooring around job site. Laydown of electode a pain. Using a modern small inverter stick welder. Q) anywhere in USA / your company sell a stick electrode holder with ON OFF switch. ? Have never seem one. Only one on www is one for 12 v vehicle welders it seems. Seems a no brainer to have the option? any info appreciated. Has to deal with wide range amps no doubt.
