Do you have any tips for building up to hike Mount Washington like a list of progressively larger, smaller climbs as a workout schedule?

I haven’t climbed it so I can’t give you tips on the physicals 😂, but CHECK THE WEATHER. It gets so windy there, like people actually die there. Also make sure people can contact you. I don’t think it’s super arduous, if you are decently fit, you can probably do it. Good luck.
