With oiling your locs, how do you manage lint and built up?😊

I personally brush my 6 yr old Sisterlocks using a soft bristle brush. Brushing help to keep most of the lint from your locks. Keep your hair wrapped up if you are just sitting around on your couch or bed. Plan your hairstyles when wearing clothes that will leave lint fibers in your hair by either wearing it pulled up or wearing a scarf or headband. These are just some of the things I do to keep the lint at bay. You won't be able to completely eliminate lint. The lint has now become a part of the strength of your lock and you can compromise that by trying to pick out lint that is embedded. It you make your locs weak, thin, and prone to breakage. You have to come to an understanding that you will have some lint. Brushing has helped me tremendously. You can see the lint in the brush after brushing. Better the lint is in the brush than in my hair.😊
