bhai MET me questions kesse aate hain mene samjh ni aaya, what i mean is, agar physics me 11th and 12th mila kar 29 chapter, lekin bas 15 se kuch qs poochenge,,,so could you throw light on this issue, ki if there are things we could skip (jo ki vaise karna nahi chahiye) or shud i say there are things we could focus more upon? aapka kya experience tha is maamle me?

true there are over 90 chapters in JEE full syllabus and they ask only 60 questions in all

Bro... I'm a jee 2024 aspirant. And I'm also considering MIT Manipal as a backup. But I'm still confused. Being a middle class guy is it worth taking loan of 23-24 lacs for MIT Manipal CSE/IT? Also what's the average package a cs/it guy can expect? In MIT website they are showing there overall average of 12.59 lpa...is that true? Also, i want to ask that are there any students in MIT who opted for loan?

No its not worth taking a loan for any of the manipal/vit/thapar campuses or any of these private engineering colleges(except for bits i guess) i am a 2nd year cse student at the manipal jaipur campus and let me tell you 23-24lakhs is just the fees even if you live very conservatively you are going to spend atleast 40 to 50k more every year plus the travel expenses to reach manipal are going to be crazy (if you are a north indian especially ). dont get me wrong mit manipal is a great college i have many friends there but CSE/IT isnt really paying very well anymore after the recession and the AI boom the number of jobs have gone down significantly and after 4 years when you graduate nobody knows what the situation will be then. As a cse student myself i would advice you to not give that high of a weightage to the average placement of a college fees should also be a big deciding factor. if you have to choose b/w manipal and a tier-2,3 college with lets say 4lakhs total fees 7-9lpa avg placement i would suggest you go for the later. even though i myself am paying a premium to study in a "brand" college i really dont think it was worth it cuz the brand doesnt really matter that much anymore (and i didnt even have to take a loan). bottom line no matter what college you go to you will have to put equal amount of efforts everywhere to land the same job(tier 1 like iits nits bits iiits nsit etc exluded)
