I need technical support for my brother pe800, my designs are backwards. It’s like my backing is on top with the ugly stitching and the neat threading is underneath. Also my bobbin color is what’s making the stitch. The spool on top isn’t providing anything.

Another Q. I made an A/X round patch. The words Armani exchange down bottom came out like dots..couldn't read it.. what did I do wrong. When I digitized it showed the words coming out good but it didn't.

I am using the Brother PE 770 and can't not find how to use the "placement stitch" as you mentions or the "tack down" stitch. Neither are mentioned in the manual. How did you do it?

According to the manuals for the machines I have, the spool cap used should be larger than the diameter of the spool being used. Can you provide more information? What is the scenario? Material? Stabilizer? Thread? Etc.

I get confused when placing the fabric in the right direction so the letters or pictures are not upside down! How do I know? Thank you.

The direction the picture shows on the screen. will be the direction it will print out.. it's always good do a sample on scrap fabric, old pillow case or something.. once it gets started you'll see. Then you can just stop the machine and start over on your original piece. hope that helps

Your software is where you add the placement stitch. All it is is a run stitch to outline the placement.
