after leaving for 2 whole years. i started having depression and a lot of anxiety. still not able to leave it as i cannot do anything else. too scared of the withdrawal. tried to leave for a day and withdrawal keeps getting worst so i relapsed. went to a doctor but the meds just doesnt work. having problem sleeping without it. so nowadays doing every 3-4 days. i feel very uncomfortable. hope there's a way and someone to show me. to be honest im don't even get high anymore i do it to feel normal again.
