Regulators don't care about reflection, only about how to prove the allegations especially the unfounded allegations. Don't believe that Black staff at regulators will be on your side - they'll say whatever makes them money!!

My PE tried to do me over re: PCF 1 Professionalism due to me questioning her. At one point, I had to get my uni & BASW involved but I PASSED!! Wrong is wrong & right is right🙃 We have to stand our ground 🙌🏾

Good insight!!! Read up on regulatory law Practise how to defend yourself in court/ fitness to practise hearings ( trials). Get legal expenses insurance for possible criminal and civil allegations being made against you. If you're a believer, give your problems to God.

I'm going on my first placement soon (remotely) as a MA student, but how would you suggest networking considering this placement for us at least is 6 days a week and most orgz are still remote, what do you think?

Hello - still make contact with the key agencies you come into contact with on your placement. Attend meetings. You do not necessarily need to restrict yourself to just the people you work with. Contact outside agencies and ask if you can still shadow things x

Find a way to observe court hearings - would be difficult in Family courts but familiarise yourself with the trial process and regulatory law. Ethics mean nothing to regulatory lawyers, who in my experience are dishonest, lazy, discriminatory, incompetent and cah. Read up on contract law.
