"Finger Flickin' Good". Another brilliant video from Elizabeth. Not only excercises but an explanation of the causes of problems and evidence based research that is so valuable.

This is probably one of the most informative and useful videos I've seen. I have Essential Tremor and am using my computer (MacBook Pro) all day and evening. Since resting my fingers on the keyboard can cause me to unintentionally type characters, I hold my fingers away from the keys. Thus, my typing involves hitting the keys hard. My hands get stressed from being tense holding my fingers abnormally high. I can end up hitting the wrong keys or double hitting. I also have trouble with the trackpad. I use a finger on each hand, one to move the pointer and the other to click. My finger can jerk and slide on the pad, or once I carefully direct the pointer to the exact place I want it, by the time I click, my finger moves. I even have tap turned on so I don't need to press to click. I got a great lap desk with a wrist rest, so my arms can be close to my side. Can you do a video with tips for computer use and keyboarding? I use dictation for text messages, but it is not practical for longer writing where editing is involved. Still, I have been able to write a couple of books which I am making into a website I call The Technojungle Safari.

Hi Robert! Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm so glad to her that you found this video informative. I appreciate the encouragement and truly hope that a tip or two comes to help. As for your request- yes, I would love to help provide that. I am in the middle of a series, and therefore, it may take a little while, however, I will put it on the list! This will allow me some time to do some investigation. I will be sure to reach out and let you know when it's up. Thanks again for reaching out! Elizabeth

I am just drinking everyday. Sometimes alcohol help your problems 😅 Much love btw❤️

Lol- very true! I've had patients find relief with drinking 🥰

LOL ... if it works for you it's a nice "easy fix"! Just be careful with it and be honest with yourself while evaluating. I have a brain degenerative disorder and alcohol makes things so much worse for me.

too much body movement by you and too little actual techniques shown. Instructor (you) move too much with your arms waving and head bouncing. Direct approach works best for me, no science/body chemistry lessons needed. We are not 8 year olds.
