My biggest tip for magellan's is to make sure you are signed on before the reservations come up. They obviously are taken up almost instantly, but I just got really lucky. You also can't be picky about times, since reservations only last like a few seconds.

That is a great tip! Getting the dining reservations at TDR is definitely tricky. Thankfully we were at a disney hotel and that made it a little easier for booking the dining later in our trip, but I think your tip is a great one regardless of if you’re staying at a disney hotel or not. Thanks for sharing! We are planning a trip this year and are thinking maybe September or October. When did you all visit and how was the weather? We hear fall can be hit or miss due to rain/typhoon season.
