This is a question for your month end video... I am working as a free lancer I work with foreign clients. 1. My first question is how can I register myself to declare that I do earn an income so I can open things like accounts etc. 2. Secondly I would like to know if I'm only required to pay taxes if I earn above a certain amount for the year.. I hope you see these questions. Thanks in advance
