The fact that kids have to write these statements to be considered at certain colleges is so sad - the divisive indoctrination starts right away.

I'm looking at this because my wife is trying to get a job as a Teachers Assistant and I've never heard about this before now. She has to write an essay as a part of the application process. I don't know what to tell her to write because this is so confusing. This feels like a social justice warrior test.
