While Font Download to printer using ZSU, we see the fonts highlighted in red while Font Select. Then it saves file in diff location but it doesn`t show in the location. what is the reason? and we cannot download that red color highlighted .ttf font.

I have ZP 505 using NetSuite and the damn label opens as Windows Media Player. I deleted WMP and there's no way to print it as .ZPL. Also, My Zebra Setup Utilities is blank.

Hello, i am trying to change Media type to 'Black Mark' to our QLn 320 model using 'Zebra Setup utilities' and after saving the setting the printer does not print the label properly, there is a spillover to the next label when i test the print using the blue button on the side. basically, it stops at half of the second label. any advice?

I use linux and SAP. Zebra is OK but to setup wifi on zebra with wifi access/password is not possible as far as I know without windows. This is a pity.

Our company is using an outdated ZM400 printer with a built-in wireless card and it sits in a poor location for the Wi-FI. Too many pallets get moved close to it all day. Search engines suck. Can you point me to a video or simple instructions to make the printer use a USB print server instead of Wi-Fi as it's configured?

I haven't used Zebra printers until I joined this company and these were set up by someone before me. They have never been on a USB Print Server that receives the IP over Ethernet.
