High ball for life

The ultra high ball with a head wrap for lifting is my go to. I can lay my head flat on a bench or the floor, and it stays out of the way for overhead work (overhead tricep extensions were my bear as far as hair getting in the way) and the head wrap keeps the sweat and flyaways in check. It does look a bit goofy but when you're lifting heavy, sweat dripping and head veins popping, nobody in their right mind is gonna call you out in a negative way.

My go-to is the high ball on top or a braid. Either way a headwrap is the key. Keeps sweat and flyaways out of your face, just crucial.
