How are you Sir. Is there a difference in the normal value of the tei index of the ventricle by P. W method and that by the C. W doppler method. Regards.

Thanks. No (just we use CW not PW because of better Doppler for both MV & LVOT) but with TDI yes there will be a little differences (check the lecture about Tei

with PW measuring timing will be more accurate but generally both should be almost the same

Sir at 4.42 ,normal value should be less than 0.4,if it is above 0.4 it is consider as abnormal.

Normal Tei index value is different for women and men. You mentioned more than 0.4 as normal.. I think you should have said less than 0.4 instead
