Love you guys! My clients love to catch up and have some laughs with me and I love it too...problem is their eye pads start moving:( When I have a client who likes to nap I’m kinda relieved I can focus 100% on doing an amazing job lol
@LivBayLash4 жыл бұрын
Do you place tape on top of the eye pads? That usually keeps them in place♥ But sometimes you get the talkers who move around a ton and makes it difficult lol

Irandi Rodriguez actually there is. I follow a girl name Ivory Alexus and she’s a Houston based lash artist with a similar story of working out of her home and moving into a space. She gives a TON of helpful info from a business perspective .

You both are phenomenal! The honesty we see here direct from business owners is invaluable. I was shook when the whole s a s s y. l a s h e s debacle went down. Props for moco g forward like it wasn’t shit! I own my own beauty company and see you both as goals for sure. My hubby and I run the biz full Time, so it really challenging at times. Overall, your channel is an inspiration and I work daily to get to where you both are. Not only as a licensed cosmetologist and lash stylist, but as a mom and beauty biz owner. Long time follower here, and looking forward to all the content you both create. Thank you thank you!!!

Great topic again, Loving your hair Shauna, you’re looking gorgeous! You always look beautiful but holly molly 😊👍♥️... Only thing I’d like to add is keep the conversation to before and after the actual session so you can actually put some lashes on them lol.

Thank you so much♥ yes sometimes when clients talk they can move around alot so you'll just have to test it and see. Majority of the time some conversation during the service doesn't interrupt anything:)

@@cecilyjosieruiz7042 I got you, depending on the school theres financial assistance programs and to start you can always go part time. I would research the schools in your area and see what each one offers♥

I'm curious how you feel about the Russian Technique? I live in an area where there are many techs from Russia who NEVER offer fills. Their work is absolutely fantastic, they're always busy and booked and their clients lashes always have perfect retention as well as style, but they never do fills because the style cannot stay consistent as the lashes grow out. On top of that they say why would you keep old lashes on that are going to fall out faster than the new, replaced lash. I've always been told to do fills. Just curious on how you feel about always doing full sets instead of fills.
@LivBayLash4 жыл бұрын
So at our salons we offer fills and weekly fills. During the fills we will remove any out grown lashes to keep the style. I say do fills and if someone comes back with less than 50% charge more or do a fullset. But I don't think a removal fullset is necessary each time, just my opinion though♥
