Yes flat roofs look pretty easy to do but what about SUV roofs. Particularly a Suburban or Tahoe. The roof rack is simple enough to remove but the roof itself has indented riser runs that run the length of the roof. If at all possible could you make a video explaining how to lay down the film without having major bubbles that form. I've done lil civics and nissan roofs but my next endeavor with this truck is kinda scary.

Great vid. Just quick one. After I mirror the vinyl and I start to squeegee I find a lot of air stuck under it or bubbles coming up?

For antenna mounts I measure where they will be on the print and then wrap the base of the mount tightly with medium gauge soldering wire and kiss cut the shape out with an 1/8" bleed. Then with a helper just one shot it on. It's quicker than this.

It's a felt covered squeegee

Even felt squeegees will leave some minor scratches in the lam. But they will eventually dissappear once the wrap is out in the sun. If you can't wait for that - just lightly go over the vinyl with a heat gun or torch to heal the scratches in the laminate.

Can you just come wrap my roof for me? I have a 2017 Dodge Charger. I tried wrapping the roof today with no luck. I bought a Vvivid xpo wrap from Amazon. I'm not sure it was the best wrap for a first timer, or if it was even a Vvivid wrap or a copy. I just kept ending up with air bubbles. I'm sure you can't wrap my roof, but can you give me a good matte vinyl wrap, and where I can get it? Thanks

Stick with 3M/Avery/Arlon. They have air release features. Get them at MetroRestyling. Of course you still have to have tools and follow the video instructions.

Yeah this dudes always got contaminates and glue lines in his shit. Its funny hes teaching folks how to do the easiest stuff when he should be teaching them how to avoid all the shit I just mentioned. My customer would be asking for a refund.
