as per my knowledge only IIM Kohikode has a decicated MBA finaince program among top business schools. Rest all offer general management MBA programs after which u can go for fin roels too

u meet the minimum eligibility, you can get in if you work hard for CAT. and once you get in, some companies you might struggle, but in a top bschool, you can get opportunities.
