Seems like these rentals are probably used for mass partying. not so great for the people who live next door

@ I hope I didnt come across as rude. :( There is a problem with that in arizona. We (our family) plan to contact you soon. Increasing temperatures and wildfires in our are two of the main reasons for choosing this part of CA to relocate
