The draft email thing works.. gives you an opportunity to vent and then later reflect. Without potentially damaging those productive working relationships we work hard to maintain

I don't know if it should be taught, it mostly down to basic manners, something that needs to start at home at a young home.

Such great advice, Adriana! I swear like a sailor sometimes, but I always read the room and make sure I'm in the right company. And I love the don't email while angry. I always write a few drafts before hitting send.
