Tips on what to do when you don't feel like praying

Sometimes you know you should pray but you don't because you don't feel like. What can you do??

What I do is to just be walking everywhere in my apartment saying 'THANK YOU LORD'

I pace the room as well and start playing a message but most especially Dunsin Oyekan's upper room experience. Before you know it, I have prayed for two hours. Sometimes when my mind wanders, I read Psalms aloud or start declaring other scriptures

Thanks Pastor Dee for the reality question. Not feel like praying is one of best tool of Satan, our heart suddenly becomes heavy with worries of life and it just a step to doubting the existence of God In such mood 1. I take reflection back to marvelous things God has done and I least expected. 2. I talk to my self that all things are possible with God and he chooses at times not to do something 3. I worship him with beautiful worship songs from my phone and this will push me to realm of prayer. Thanks ma ,God will help us

By pacing the room. I mean just walking up and down the room and praying. No sitting down, no lying down till I finish. This helps to add to the discipline of praying. Hope this helps
