Isa sa pinakalesson na natutunan ko. Don’t ever franchise! Look for distributors ng raw materials then create your own product through continuous training. Don’t relly on cocial media. In fact yung shop ko walang trace sa internet pero kumukita kami. Mataas na traffic sa socmed. Mas effective ang traditional marketing. Make flyers go house to house talk to the community. Build rapport sa customers mo lalo na sa mga teen agers. Sobrang effective! Also watch these kind of videos. Sobrang laking tulong ng nga ganitong videos.

Nag franchise ako ng Dunkin Donut at ang store ko ay nasa Robinsons Place. Kumikita naman at okay ang flow ng business. Depende din siguro talaga minsan. Nagtayo ako ng resto ko dati,sariling name at menu kaso tumagal lang ng 2years. Break even lang ako.

I believe po that the recent emergence, I think last year lang ng mga "29-39" franchise shops tilted the milktea market drastically for better (obviously sa kanila) and for worse (for legit milk tea shops that offer standard rate products). I am not sure what their financial plan is but their marketing strategy are very obvious the chinese way - "di baleng walang tubo, basta madaming benta". Their existence when placed near a milk tea shop that offers regular price of the same product will kill the competition in the area just on how so low they sell their milk tea and frappes: halos wala pang 10% ang nilalagay nilang tubo per a cup serving, that normal milk tea shop owner will call it a red flag, with a mark-up that is so low

@@theresamattt Tama po, bagamat admittedly bumibili ako paminsan minsan sa "29-39" shops gaya ni BigBrew dito malapit sa amin, regular parin naman ako bumibili sa Gong Cha, Teatalk, Macao Imperial o Yi Fang kapag me pagkakataon. So tingin ko common masa lang (limited talaga yung pambili) ang nakukuha nila, pero yung true milk tea drinkers hindi nila nakuha.
