Great advise thank you for your videos. How do you go about handlining pricing. Do you normally give them a number or do you? We currently do residential move in move out cleanings, but I would like to move towards construction or commercial.

Not initially; we need to make sure we walk the property and create a building inventory before providing a number. The only number we would share initially is our base price. Meaning, that the minimum amount we can charge.
