Dear Kevin Thomas, Im not sure if it is an alternative. I think the point is to change the role of the front desk agent. They are still there to help the guest but they do not need to be at the reception all the time they can work in an office and also take over other tasks. I think Heinrich Toldo, CEO of B_Smart makes the same point in our last video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eoqXm4ufaJ1khas The goal is to work better and smarter with the resources you have and us Tech to support them not necessarily as a alternative to replace staff.
