My hercules djuced controller always crashes and show error message....Help?

Heyy, what's the error it's giving you? Can you even get the software to run? If so, what does the error bar say at the very bottom of the screen upon plug-in? Also, I had an issues like that, I had to uninstall and reinstall with control unplugged and upon opening the software after reinstall, it gives you prompts, when the pop up, plug your control in and fallow what it says.
