is there anyway that when you add stairs, the 2nd level or basement level depending on the requirements, whenever you add stairs, it will automatically make a hole on that level?

Can i switch levels? Exp when i already make a lot bedroom decorations at 1st level but 1 wanna move the bedroom and all the decorations in it to the 2nd level

You can recreate the 2nd level and everything will be duplicated together there.
