It would be helpful if you broke down these strategies. I'm a photographer who gets leads from people inquiring through my website. Once I send my information, I'll follow up with them three times to see if they are still interested, but just haven't had a chance to reply or just need an extra nudge to set up a call. I've booked many clients this way. But lately, I've found out that even my first email with my pricing details is going straight to their spam folders. It's devastating. As someone who is running their own business and has a million things to do. It's hard to know even where to begin and if any of your suggestions apply to my situation. This is why I think it'd be helpful to break down these specific stages and walkthrough them with people who aren't email experts. Thank you.

Setting up a custom domain on workspace, how can i do different emails for employees from the same domain, how do we send them the login in info ? may you help with that please ! do you have an existing video ? I need 1 email for the company and the employees to have emails with their names on

I'm not sure which scenario you mean, so I'll describe both: 1. Do you want to use one account for multiple people (but each will still have own email address)? BUT this means all emails will come to the same email inbox? If yes, then you need email aliases, here is how to do it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHjCdGeYrpydlcU The good thing about this is that you pay only for 1 account, the bad thing is that all emails go to the same inbox and everyone will use the same password & user, and they have admin rights. 2. If you want separate email addresses with each own email inbox, then you need to create an admin account and then, in the admin dashboard, create more users for your employees. The good thing about this is that you can stay as admin and give employees other rights and each employee has own email inbox. The bad thing is that you need to pay for user.

thank you for the tips ! exactly, that is the bad thing no other way around it, is that we have to pay for each user! Let's say as a company we start with standard plan for me and my employees and 4 month into that, we need to upgrade to the enterprise package, the money i paid for 1 year commitment goes to waste or i just pay for the new 8 month of the enterprise package ?@@tipswithpunch

man does attaching a photo in a first email make it go to spam?? what if i’m a designer and need people to see my works? my email score is 83 and i ve been using gmail to send 20 letters a day

It really depends. Have you tried to send yourself (different email) or your friends the email with image? Does it go spam?

If the tips in this video didn't help, then try services like warmup inbox app.warmupinbox.com/signup?code=BICoSxIKY They basically send emails from your email and then move any emails that go to spam into the inbox, this way gmail & outlook start learning that your email is not spam.
