I just got my tiptop Buchla missing the voltage processor but that will come later maybe . 2 sequencers 2 oscilators, source of uncertainty and the lowpass this pairs so well with my other modules , im in love !! thank you for the Krell patch. its what got me into modular !

Thanks for sharing. I've been programming a different Krell patch almost every day for the last week. Before that, I always used the synth as a lead, bass, or harmony instrument. This has totally flipped my brain to another way of programming, listening, etc. Thanks again.

I’ve always rated the Krell patch illustrated in the 0-Coast’s manual as being the best, but this is also excellent Krell- and I will be patching this later!

Very cool patch! You mentioned in another video that you use the c voltage processor to tune your oscillators. Can you show how you do that?

What am I missing here? It is a bunch of random sounds that you can't predict or recreate. So not a composition or even musical. Or is that the point?

The Krell is from a film called forbidden planet , when these beings appear you got this type of composition , it was to attach a strange identity to them , which fit the scene of a zany late 50s sci-fi film, to which he was simply demonstrating what the 266t can do in regards to recreating it. That’s all. His patch does offer a good launchpad into other realms , quantised versions to make it musical , create unpredictable spaces between different added events etc. It can be evolved into something musical and composed should you want it to to which his patch is a good starting point.
